Ok, since I've been away for a while. I think I will post my unposted project heheh.. And so.. my cousin was married a month ago, previously my lovely auntie asked me to design the obligatory costume for me and my other little cousin. So these're some sketches..

CINDO BAG!!

CINDO means "Cantik" in Bahasa Indonesia, or "Beautiful" in English. The word "CINDO" taken from bahasa Palembang. A City in Sumatra island which is produced textile origin of kain ikat Palembang or well known as kain Pelangi, which is as well inspired the pattern of Cindo BAG, the handmade ethnic backpack.

Sketch terakhir yang gue buat untuk ide konsep awal buat (still) mata kuliah Desain Nusantara. Pengennya bikin tas dengan tema tribal-ethnic.. Wohoo!! Alternatifnya bikin plushie toys atau semacam bantal.. Hehe..

PS: For my Final Task Research, gw lg ngulik-ngulik seputar mainan tradisional, autisme, kerajinan bahan alam (rotan, bambu atau limbah kayu pinus) semuanya masih wacana. But I feel such difficulties for searching the ultimate data. Klo kalian ada yang punya kenalan yang berhubungan dengan salah satu tema yang gw omongin diatas, tolong kasih tau gw ya!! (Entah itu itu mahasiswa psikologi, therapist, ukm kerajinan, pabrik tertentu, dll) Much thanks!! :D

oya.. curcol dikit yah.. gw blom nonton hp7 ni.. hiks T.T ade gw yg gw harap maen ke bandung pas libur awal puasa biar nonton bareng, jalan2 ke trans studio, ama belanja (teteuupp) malah nonton duluan (midnight lagi) ama ade cowok gw n bokap. Hiks.. mana di bandung sepupu gw pada bocah lagi.. mw cari temen yg di bandung.. pada sibuk ama kp n pacar.. huwaaaaa.. T.T..

Lebay bgt yak? Asal ente pade tau yak, gw dari sd udah jadi fans ni penyihir pitak. Pas SMP udah kayak nerd bgt gw berhasil membawa virus harpot ke temen2 se-geng gw dulu yang doyan baca komik aja kagak.. haha.. Gitu aja dah.. Selamat berbahagia di bulan ramadhan dan rajin2 berdoa juga ya.. doain saya juga biar gak mati penasaran ama si trio tukang sihir(apaseh).. sayonara!! ^^

Kids and The Shoes

This is my design project for the last semester in college. My grade for this object is not that good. Because actually I wasn't passionate to attend the formal class and discuss the design draft with the lecturer (you know how annoying a lecturer can be?? It never make me feel guilty to cheat somehow.. hehe) In other hand, I really enjoy through the design process with this minimum guidance. Anyway, the main purpose of this kid shoes called "KIDDO" was for bringing out the pure cheerfulness of children into the shoes product for kid which is me as the designer thought that this issue has been extremely decreased in the recently kid shoes products. You know how grow up child today could be? And how much they eager to imitate the adult clothing style?? This almost make me infuriated how kid style nowadays doesn't seem like a kid at all.

Oh, yeah and this is my monky, bety, caty, and rubby. ^^

The only bad things from this project was it bring out my hidden mind of shoes. I can't bear of beatiful, cute shoes. Everywhere I go, my eyes look down on people footwear (ok! ini agak lebay si). Just if I don't remind myself that I've still asked my dad for monthly check, perhaps I will bring home couple new dazzling shoes everytime I go to the mall.

Eh, udah tau kan? kulkith ini merk sepatu lokal gitu, produknya yang caem2 bisa diliat disini. Trus gw pengen bgt beli, tp karna gue mahasiswa kere, jadi ga jadi2 beli. Eh tanpa dinyana tanpa ditanya, just for sending happy birthday greeting, I got this!! :))

Jadi minggu kemaren gw ikutan lomba Fashion Illustration di mall TP. Hehe.. Barengan ama si Tamma yang mas2 metros fesyenebel abis dan Karina cimal cimol, dua-duanya temen gw ini ngambil mata kuliah minor fashion. Lah gw? Gw mah ikut-ikutan aja si.. Siapa tau menang. Tapi ternyata gak. Wahahaha.. Tapi gw seneng banget bisa ikutan. Secara umur dah segini, gw masi ikutan semacam lomba gambar di mall-mall. :p

'Big' brother project??

Okay.. since when my last post was? I'm such a newbie and still I am lazy just to blog something unimportant.. yeah.. what make me post was I just did blogwalking and found much more 'design' people.. so gorgeus, and I can't resist.. Aarrgghh.. kapan gw bisa keyen juga?? (haha.. makanya jgn mayes dudud.. oke, mulai alay gw --")

Sebenernya.. minggu-minggu ini gw banyak libur. Minggu depan juga bakal libur seminggu gara-gara snmptn. Punya banyak rencana posting blog, tapi tugas numpuk!! yeahh (task that never fully done, since I'm such a real proscastinator, like now.. I'm blogging in the middle of tasking.. laalala :p).. Dan minggu kemaren libur 4 hari aja dong gara-gara hari kejepit pas libur nasional terus libur bersama deh.. Awesome, quick, holiday.. soon I'll post bout the holiday!!

Nah, sekarang pengen nge-post tentang kerjaan gw buat adek cowok gw sendiri. Yeah.. He has much bigger body than me in his teen age, and I admit it, that he's actually more mature than me.. Since long time I wanted to call him big bro rather than lil one. No.. I can't. He's not little or cute at all. hehe.. So, I agree to help him create an event logo for his college event. Acaranya tentang memperkenalkan angkatan mereka ke senior-senior di kampus (note : ade gw mahasiswa tahun pertama).. And.. I made it in such a hurry in the midnight with my college task unfinished. Tema dan konsep acaranya bernuansa arab-arab gitu. Tapi nama acaranya ada kata 'romance'nya. Dan tagline acara mereka 'meet me at the oasis'. Menurut gw sih secara persuasif gitu mereka pengen ngajak para undangan ke tempat yang seindah oasis. Halaah.. Gw pikir2 ya boleh jugalah. Gw kira tadinya acara apa ada kata-kata 'romance'nya. Hehe.. Ternyata anak kedokteran bisa lumayan kreatif juga. So.. these are..

the first option, look like disgusting brain the dusty pink in the bottom, so I differentiate it by changing the colour , but I see it's doesn't work too much. Hehe.. So I decided I like the BW version. Oyeah, my first thought bcoz it has 'romance' in it.. It should be 'love; shape. Tacky? yeah! And it has no arabian or oasis feel in it.

The second one, feel like oasis I think, but all people I showed it tell that it just feel like a beach.. well, I feel it quite romantic and beach??

ni yg ke 3, mau nambahin unsur-unsur arabnya tapi malah kayak india2.. wakakakak

the last, and so far paling lumayan menurut gw.. but, either arabian, oasis feeling, it showed love again.. Jadi gw rasa the last option ini sekadar improvement dari opsi 1.. yeah..

Nah, jadi.. as you see.. semua alternatif yang gw bikin tidak ada yang fit dengan semua kombinasi tema, arab, oasis, and romance tadi... dan klo gw jadi anak dkv dan nge-asistensiin ini ke dosen gw, gw juga ngerasa pasti bakal dihajar belur gw-nya. But, since this is the first cooperation bout 'design' thingy with my 'own' brother, gw ngerasa.. it should be run well dong.. Tapi setelah di-kirim, di-tag ke ade gw.. responnya kayak siput.. And selayaknya berperan sebagai klien profesional sejati, akhirnya logo - logo ini tak ada yang dipake.. hahahaha (ketawa muka hampa).. Jawaban ade gw, "ah terlalu unyu, mbak... gausah deh.. hehe.. ".. eh buset.. pinter amat ni anak. So.. logo-logo ecek - ecek ini berakhir nasibnya dengan gw sebar di blog gratisan ini.. Enjoy aja deh..

Good, Bad, and Ugly

First of all, the posting tittle was inspired by this blog. It’s quite interesting, since the author was an exchange student from Indonesia who finally get in US. (I always obsessed in studying overseas, sorry for me :))

Then there are good and bad things going today. I will start with the good ones.

1. I have Japanesse course today, and it getting more interesting.
2. Someone being nice to me and comment in my blog.
3. I have an Ice cream.
4. I started drawing spontaneously (which is never happened lately)
5. Enjoying both my drawing and the blue sky (it’s so clear and blue :))
6. I was applying a new part-time job, hope it works for me and for the people I will work with (If I've been accepted)
7. Google homepage today was so much fun, in memory of British author and illustrator of children's books, Roger Hargreaves (starting refreshing and saving all the logo appears)
8. Listening both Incubus and Yui.
9. Find interesting inspiration for my personal portofolio layout and concept.

And the bad things are

1. My laptop showed decreasing performa symptom. *yeah cheap sh*t.. I’ll always love you anyway.. I have to.. :)
2. I have no appetite lately. Wonder what happened with me. It’s not me. Hehe..
3. The rain is pouring in bad time. I have laundry out there!!
4. Although I found ideas for my portfolio project, it seems I don’t have enough time to finish it properly, since another tasks wait. T.T
5. I have no mood to work on my main project this night!!! Urrggghh.. I getting confused with this class everyday.

Well.. I was surprised I can list the good things more than bad one. Somehow making list reminds me to the “Princess Diaries”. She always makes her diary has so much charms though.. By the way, about good and bad. I remember this illustration I make for the physics class in high schools many years ago. Actually, I like this so much. I found it quite good that moment. But now, It just seems a bit ugly. How'd you think?

Blue Wall

New wallpaper!! Oh.. how I missed enjoying blue sky and warm breeze in the old time.. Waaa!! And.. oyeah, if you realize you'll find out that I'm sooo last year for technology thingy.. I even haven't moved on to vista in this two thousand and eleven :p

Shoe Philosophy

These are the result of work team. Specially made for Philosophy Subject task. Hehe.. Are you wonder what we've done to this lovely heels in such a Philosophy Class? Me especially love the blue one. :)

Hmm.. Library..

Yak!! The picture above was my perspective drawing for furniture business class this semester (don't know why it been called as 'busineess' furniture.. I don't feel any business sense in this class :p) Look easy? Yeah.. If you used to, but it's a looooong time ago since I draw full space perspective like this one. So I worked it pretty hard. I pretty enjoyed it actually. To draw the interior was refreshing. I've been pretty bored with same drawing style lately. It didn't work out that nicely though. But I was glad to do it. Well, the score.. I've got what you called as my "permanent-mark" only required in this class. Yeah.. you can see it in the picture below, where the score was scratched on..

Hehe.. Can't you see the mark on it in red fine marker? It was pretty cruel actually. You can tell the problem that the space was too narrow that maybe it became the unforgivable thing. Well, well.. score is just score. You won't die even if you get an E or even F for this. Furthermore, the concept should be conventional and less playful because that's what the lecturer want (or what he's been always intrinsically suggested). So you won't find anything new or eye catching in that interior. Haha.. Do I look like annoyed? Yes, a bit. Okay, I hope the guy who gave me this mark will never found out this blog! I tried to take a lesson that it wasn't about was it proper result or not, but I just couldn't be too satisfied about my work just because I worked it late at night with glasses of caffeine. Don't you agree?? Afterall, thank you for watching.. :))
